Can I buy an item on finance?admin
No, we do not provide that option.
Can I collect my item?admin
Collection is available. All collections are to be booked at least one day in advance and time slots to be discussed on the phone.
What is Grade A & Grade B?adminGrade A means the product comes boxed, with no marks or scratches on screen and complete unless otherwise stated. Grade B means the product may have an imperfection for example, a mark on the screen (this imperfection will be stated on the description page). These products will also come boxed and complete unless otherwise stated.
What if I’m not in when my item arrives?admin
When expecting any item it's important the couriers have your contact number as they will contact you regarding a time slot. We're unable to leave with neighbours or in safe places for insurance reasons. If your mobile phone number is not linked to your account, we recommend it be included. We cannot be held responsible if the courier does not have your mobile number to contact you.
What is the item condition?admin
The item condition will be stated on the listing, if it does not state on the listing that the product has a scratch or mark then the screen will have no marks or scratches. The product may however have the odd mark on the back as it will have been plugged in a few times and removed from the box. Full details will be available on the listing. Products which have significant marks will have photos included.
What is your warranty policy?
All items come with a minimum 12 months back to base warranty (subject to our Terms & Condition's).
Will my order have a tracking number?
With years of experience in selling electronics to the public we have used numerous couriers. These products cannot be sent with a conventional courier as they tend to damage the units in transit. For this reason we use a specialist two man White Glove Service, and delivery can take between 3 to 7 working days from the day of despatch. This is to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
Unfortunately, specialist couriers like these do not have delivery tracking online. Your listing will be updated with a tracking number shortly after purchase. The tracking number indicates that the collection/delivery has been arranged but not necessarily that the goods are yet in the courier's possession. We can provide the couriers number upon request for you to call them and check the delivery status (using the tracking number/your postcode).
Will my purchase be in the original packaging?admin
All products will be sold with their original packaging unless stated on the listing.
Will my TV include both the Smart and regular remote?admin
If the Unit is supposed to have x 2 remotes then these will be included unless stated otherwise.
