What does Refurbished mean?
Refurbished means they're 14 days high street retailer returns. We do not know the original reason for return, but when we receive them into our warehouse they're checked and fully tested before shipment.
What is the item condition?
The item condition will be stated on the listing. Items in 'good' condition are like new. Others in 'ok' condition may have some signs of scratching. Full detail will be available on the listing. TVs which has significant marks will have photos included.
What is your warranty policy?
All items comes with a minimum 6 months back to base warranty. Our 65" TVs have a 12 month back to base warranty. Warranty is with us an not Samsung. Full warranty policy is available in our T&Cs.
Will my order have a tracking number and which courier do you use?
Yes. Your order will receive a tracking number on day of dispatch. TVs are shipped with Panther Logistics and smaller items shipped with Interlink.
What if I'm not in when my item arrives?
When expecting any item it's important the couriers have your contact number as they will contact you regarding a time slot. We're unable to leave with neighbours or in safe places for insurance reasons.
Can I collect my item?
Collection is available. All collections are to be booked at least one day in advance and time slots to be discussed on the phone.
Can I buy an item on finance?
No, we do not provide that option.
Is there any movement on price?
Most of our items have some lee-way with price. Please give us a call with a model at hand to discuss.
I have not had a response from my email?
We only have one member of staff who deals with emails during the week. Please allow up to 2 hours for a response.

Our opening hours are: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm and Friday 9am - 5.00pm (Except public and bank holidays).
